Can´t Load profile from Buddy Store

Hi i dont know what i do wrong but i puchased the free version of the 1-100 questing pack.
I enabled it in my puchases from Buddy Store for streaming and if i will load it i cant see anything there.
What do i wrong? I tryed to load it without logging in my Buddy store an with logging in but nothing worked for me.
The grey screen under Load profile from Buddy store show me nothing.I tryed to reinstall Honorbuddy but it doesnt work.

I see now if i enable it for streaming it get red backround and if i disable it it will be green!?

are you sure the buddyauth account your using to log into the store, has the honorbuddy key your using listed when logging into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal ?

i dont know why but now its working for me i just got a new password for my login and its working
