Camped - Wait between being killed by another player

I use kicks profiles and I love them to death, but it's nights like tonight that I really would like a plugin like this.
X = Integer

Killed by a player X times within X minutes - Taking break for X amount of minutes.

If anyone could make a plugin for this, I'm sure everyone using kicks and other profiles would enjoy it very much.
