But how can i be banned for this?

the abuse of the economy ban is their generic ban for doing something they didn't like, unfortunately it could of been anything.

ah ok, have only been using HB/BG for 6month and firsttime even get a suspension so dont know much about banning )

I have to agree with you.. this should only be used after a permanent ban all i can suggest to you now is that u wait the 24 hours
