I'm getting 600k on a grinding profile at 83, mixed with SOTA it hit 700k so far 5 wins 5 losses.
So I think as long as you win 1/2 your games it'll be worth it on Call to Arms. Unless you compare to questing by hand, which it's incomparable.
I have encountered a bug where HB gets stuck trying to get off the boat... I've only seen it once, but I hope it's not common since everyone can see you at that point..
