C++ Redist Service Pack 1 Via Windows Update - DONT INSTALL

Windows had some updates today one of them i noticed was C++ Redist Service Pack 1 Claiming to fix a security hole.
After this update D3 started to DC randomly and give different errors specially when resuming.
a rollback fixed the issue.
I reproduced the error by updating again and fixed by rolling back so pretty sure this update fuck DB up.

Lol, I don't update right when Windows makes something new.

You should know this by now.
Wait a week or two.

If something is wrong, people will complain, and Windows will have fixed their fuckup by then

This fixed a problem where i couldnt attach DB to d3 and instant freeze DB on startup for me.
