BW has stopped looting

Anyone have any ideas? I mainly use Unpure/Pure but it stopped last night when I transferred saved SWTOR and BW to my new gaming gaming laptop from desktop. Help would be appreciated. TY BW Community and DEVs...
 
Nvmd somehow the settings.xml got changed to false value. no clue how but anyway nvmd...
