BW faild to empty the chest box.

I noticed that BW is going alone to build a chest.
I have not added the chest hotspot.
The problem is that it fails to empty the chest box.
I studied carefully Profile Pupport, I tried all possible codes but dont pick up that chest.
Please give me a code that is good.
