BW crashing on start up

Hi BW, im new to BW. I did get it start up normally but the next time and every time it gives this error. I deleted install and downloaded BW again but to no effect.

Go tho the release thread and follow the instructions about the provided files that you must install before using BW

Oh noob me, I assumed I allready had that one installed (got HB working) and forgot im on a new laptop. Thx for the obvious reminder /facepalm
