Buying/selling guilds, whats your thoughts

So lately i've seen a couple of "WTS level XX Guild" in trade chat, which got me wondering, whats blizzards view on the matter? How exposed for scams would one be if you set out to buy a guild?

Ive bought 2 guilds, I make sure to screenshot the stuff when I make the transaction.

What lvl where they? and how much did you end up paying?

also how did you arrange the payment and handing of GM? Pay upfront? or receive gm then pay?

Yah Ive always wondered how much a guild with the xtra harvests would cost..
