Buying Potions from town?

I have been trying several plugins(Trinity, Funky..) and I can't seem to find a way to get my guy to replenish his potions in town when he is low. He just uses them till 0 and then stays that way. Is there a setting Im missing or is there a plugin that will have my guy buy potions in town when he gets low, like say set it for 20 potion limit and then he will buy till he is to 100?

I only have 1 that has that. but more towards the season characters.
