Buying ore

I wonder if i buy cheap ore in bulk along with herbs from botters, than sell it on the ah. I wonder if this would get me banned? Thoughts?

I do this all the time on my main account (and a lot of the things seen as triggers for bans on this forum)

although its not a daily occurrence just when I'm to lazy to mill / prospect and the prices on ah are up

I was buying ore from AH in cata and cod them. After I was spend 30k they banned me. They was remove ban after 1 hour after apeal.
