Buying lifetime?

Hi after my friend told me to visit this page im thinking of buying the lifetime HB and try it out, never use something like this and are abit unsure how to do the purchase and how it works after, after i order it etc i guess im going to get a email with info about the HB? but do i need to do something special to make it work?

Edit* and will i be bale to use it from start or will it take a few days?
