There are people selling blizzard store items for gold. I just bought a month for my main and a month for my botting acount for 20k

I just /w ed the dude and he gave me the codes, I added them to my accounts and i traded him the gold

Have you ever done anything similar? I'm now worried it may have been a stolen credit card :s
 
Unfortunately, those code will disappear within next few hours, the codes sold in trade channel are paid with stolen CC.
 
My guild mate bought a mount earlier this week and it was just fine
 
Depends, i usually never buy items from blizzard store for gold if they are given to me as a redeem code i would only buy either if a person sends it on my battlenet account as a gift or gc if its an actual card that is acanned
 
Been a lot of people losing game time lately due to Blizzard reversing after these fraudulent payments were used on RAF months.
 
Damn I did this last week and I only thought to check it after seeing the title of this post >.< I bought a couple of time cards for 30k. Atleast I made that 30k while sleeping so it softens the blow!


The funny thing is that the guy gave me his email address so that I could contact him to buy more. I wonder if its actually him as I found him on facebook :) Some Spanish guy. Id love to be rich and just turn up at the guys door and say "Where is my game time bitch?"

Funny thing, Ive been doing this for months without a problem. Sounds like a case of you only hear about the people that want to bitch because they got scammed. I have over 6 months of free time on my account paid for by gold.
 
countless people have bought the blizzard store pets only to have them revoked a few days later because of stolen credit cards and whatnot, myself included :(

lol same xD but i blew 50k on scams so far :P dumb me

Congrats but just because you haven't experienced it yet doesn't mean Blizzard aren't smacking down on this.

I've done the same thing as Bmertler,
I've got 4 months free gametime on each of mine accounts trading gold for playtime via RaF.
Originally six months, nothing has been revoked here, nope! =)

Blizz are revoking them now if you have signed for the year to get your Beta inv. Ive been buying gametime for about 6 months now for gold. but last week the 6 months i got remaining was taken away :( but nvm i bought another month straight after from another guy and its working still.

For 7k for a month not too bad even if it only lasts a week. You can make 7k gold in a few hours anyhow so bad luck blizz im not gonna pay real money for your annoying game ANYMORE :)
 
I have a question, this problem comes when buying keys or idk what you buy with a credit card, but w/e, or RAF is the problem? Cuz till now I was paying blizz with my credit card, with real money ofc, and I heard you can RAF and been doing this for 1 month. Will it get revoked or sth? I only buy one month after another, never more, cuz I never know if I'll still play that long :D
 
regikrayz can u explain how your steps finding a person who sells you gametime for gold? Is it recommended to ask in the trade chat "Buying a gamecard for gold /w me for infos" or something like that?
