first of i apologize if this is against the rules.. delete if necessary

ok so i got banned a while back and am looking to buy another acct and get ready for cata.

ive found one for 150 with 6 80's on it. my question is

what should i ask for from the seller to insure he cant get the account back from me by calling blizz. he said he would provide a copy of his drivers license.

also, what do you think the best method for transfer is, being that neither of us want to get scammed.

my thought was, he gives me email and password -> i check out the account -> i pay with paypal -> then he gives me secret question... i think that is pretty much it right?

I doubt he would simply give you the password and username before you've paid anything afterall nothing to stop him having his chars stripped. If you pay through paypal etc you get a bit of buyer protection. I expect you would be expected to pay before you recieve anything. Problem is, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

also ask for the CD-Key used to create the account.
You can also trade via a third person both of you trust

u get login and pw, you pay, he sends secret ques and answer and cd key by recorded mail

Buy a new legit account of your own and bot it up to 80 with HB.
Then get a farm account from ebay.de so u have buyerprotection. i suggest a dk warri or pala.

i suggest to always make ur own, as sometimes ppl who sell accts want theirs back in the future and can and will do anything to get it back such as reporting it

Account Owners can ALWAYS, get their account back into their posession

anyone with the original CD key can get it back into their possession as old files are kept (secret words, etc)
