as the title says, how much are you buying/selling level 20-25 guilds for? someone was offering to sell for 80k gold. just wondering what a good deal for those high level guilds would be ?

80k sounds cheap, the bonus from herbing/mining/proc etc should pay for that over time easily.

Is it true that every 7th item you loot you get an extra ? So like if you herb whiptails like this: one and u get 3, the next and u get 2, and the third and u get 2, then along the third herb there will be an extra one on its own stack inside the same herb ? read that on wowhead

and why you buy lvl 25's just for that proc ? and how long does it take to earn like 100k back ? someone calculated on that ?

No, that's not true.

The proc rate is about 10% and is per activity, not per item.
So on Herbing: Once in every 10 nodes you herb, you can expect 1-3 extra.
On Disenchanting: once in every 10 items you disenchant you can expect 1-3 extra of the material you get from that specific item.

Keep in mind, with a level 25 guild you also have 7guild banks to yourself, along with the privacy of knowing nobody in your guild will see you on 24/7 when they go and look at the roster, because they wont be in your guild . It will be all to yourself and all your bots.

Yea i know, but since i keep it one bot per server, its enough for me to just have 1-2 tabs+the mailbox can contain alot with 12x mails
- but anyone calculated on how long it takes to earn some gold back ? cause if it dont take too long it could be an nice idea to buy it, just for the proc

I bought a level 16 guild for 20k a couple of months back... now at lvl 17. I could push it faster, just have been working on other items. There are about 250 ppl still in the guild and I leave the first 3 tabs open to them... the rest are mine.
