Buy unknown recipes/mounts/toys etc. when at a vendor

It would be great if there was a plugin that ties into the vendor run at grabs all toys, recipes, mounts that the current char doesn't know but is eligible for.
Of course you should be able to set a maximum amount of currency to use for this because a tundra traveller mammoth or similiar can ruin you easily
