I've been using HB and the kicks profile for questing. It is brilliant. I've also looked at several other profiles, and it got me interested in trying my hand at writing profiles.
I've searched for information and found several pages by the mods that provide some clear direction, however, I couldn't find answers to some of the more difficult questions.
With regards to hotspots, does the bot move to the exact hotspot listed, or head in the direction of the hotspot until he is one "loot radius" away from it, and then check for loot?
If the bot was going to pick up herbs and had two hotspots on opposite sides of the map, as it flew from one to the other, would it stop to pick up loot that was in the middle, or does it only scan for loot when it reaches the hotspot / one loot radius from the hotspot?
A simplified example: If the bot is moving from X1, Y1 to X1000,Y1 with a loot radius of 80, does it stop at x1000,y1, or does it stop at x920,y1 to perform a scan for loot within 80 yards. For simplicity sake, I kept the y value the same so I wouldn't have to calculate distances off a triangle. If the bot saw something it would want to loot at X500y1, does it loot that item, or does it wait until it reaches the stopping spot to perform a scan?
