Best not at all, according to many user is the catch rate higher at build 86. If you want to update anyway: restart the app, updater should start automatically. If not, download latest build from this site (--> Budy downloads)

if you cant see the auto update prompt you can do a fresh installation from scratch

its recommended to use the most update build all the time
