Build 366 can't touch Cain's book at act 1 ?

hi,

DB(build 366) seems not to touch Cain's book at act 1??
If the char has non-identified items , he always likes to search something around Cain's book when go to act 1 .
Does it mean stuck?

PS: I tried the two profiles -> "Adventure Mode Bounties - Community Edition " and "modified Rift bot".
Same results. Is it profile issue??
