Dear Devs\Mods\Buddy team,

I fully understand that you ask us to be patient, and I am sure that soon everything will be ok.
BUT
We (users, your customers) are really want to have some information. We need to plan our time, register to raids, rbg team etc.

Please give us update and what is going on. Thanks.

I agree an update would be nice, but what does it have to do with raids and rbg? can't you play yourself?

you can always plan your time on thursday when the update is.... .

Why can't people just go to the status page instead of filling up the forums with stupid threads like this.

The status page is somewhat lacking a status, or at least anything you can't assume yourself.

Because last update was hmmmm some hours ago lets say 18 hours, would be nice to get some info lets say 8 hours basis, even if it was just like bla bla bla soon done, that way people wouldnt create hundreds of threads like this one
 
Its a patch Botanist... Same thing happens after EVERY patch. System goes down.... At least a 50 different "give me a status update" posts... And the people who create these pages look like idiots....

If you actually need the bot that much to survive you have some serious issues.

Wow thanks. Could you now explain to me the difference between a patch and a Xpac?

Edit: I am fairly sure I have seen twice as many patches, updates and Xpacs as you.

That is true, It was a minor update. But who knows what could of happened blizzard could of did something on the back end. Took 2-3 weeks for MoP and the exp before that.
 
Emm... for people whom blame me for this topic.

I saw status page, and what I ask is to update it. We all want to have information. Is it really hard to update status?

ETA, When the sun rises them set's again. but then again most of you guys would need to see the sun. : "lightbulbs are not the sun"

BTW they have done patches like this before. So dont go all crazy over it.

You saw one page. Did you bother to use the "search" button in which there have already been multiple threads closed within the past day asking the same question as you? Not trying to be a dick but I wish people would stop making pointless threads about "status updates" after every patch. There is a status thread that is created by the devs and people should look at it and not make pointless threads. If there is an update they will tell us. It is not their objective in life to piss us all off with extended down time. They want the bot up and running just as quickly as you.
 
I understand that the elitist of HB can't understand the inconsequential concerns of us lowly retard users. That will never change and they will flame everyone regardless.

With that said, some players raid on progression teams or compete on arena or RBG teams. Part of being on a team means that others are depending on you. At this point, folks are making up excuses why they can't play and can't even give their teammates a time when they can play again. They are praying every day and checking the forum every few hours in hopes of an update. There are no status post so folks don't know what to do as they still know they are letting down their team.

I am fortunate in that manually raid on my guild's progression team. I find that I raid better manually than with the bot. I am sympathetic because I do bot raid with my alts and I am doing all of these things that I mentioned previously with the folks that are depending on me. Even though my priority activity isn't affected, I am checking every few hours in hopes that the bot is up and running again and I do wish we had an status post on what is going on.
