That would depend on what type of bug it is.

Is it a bug with combat fighting? Thats a Trinity issue.
Looting issues? Trinity
Bot getting lost in rifts? QuestTools or Adventurer, depends on what you are using.
Bot just spamming STUCK STUCK STUCK. Thats usually a nav server issue and report in the support thread.
Bot not starting? Support thread.

As for what will be done about it. Depends on the issue, but there are plenty of developers spending a lot of their free time making the bot better almost daily.
