[Bug] Wrong error message on upgrade an pokemon

If your pokemon reach the max-level and cant be upgrade more (in german) the error-message are totaly wrong.

[20:23:15] Kann Pokemon Charizard nicht upgraden. Pokemon ist nicht mehr da.

(eng) Cant upgrade Pokemon, cause the pokemon isnt still there
