bug with BGbuddy

I try BG buddy for the first time and its stop automaticly after eatch BG without queueing again i dont know what config should i do to fix this help me plz

and disable all your wow addons

Is that normal that the profile attached to yur profile is called blank profile, weig 13 bytes and when i use it its send me to a webpage?
