Wouldn't add this to your NPC list on your profile, I bugged out before when using it and after removing it the problem was resolved... I didn't report the issue because I thought it was a isolated incident but after seeing a horde character (bot) bug out near it then I knew that it causes all profiles to bug with this specific NPC, I believe it has something to do with it moving around and the fact that bot likes to mail/repair in the air, so if the NPC is outside then the bot will just try to get to the NPC but go up and down the path constantly making you look like a bot.
