[Bug report]Can someone update the wizard combat?

HI, thanks for rrrix and xzjv 's hard working first,
i've found that my wiz botting with one Hydra almost 90% time,
this make my bot not very effective，could you help update it?

PS: i find there is some code about two hydra ,but it really not work very good in the combat.cs

my wiz spams Blizzard and Energy Twister until i'm OOM but this happens only 1 of 10 times.
Slow Time gets placed wrong from time to time. so we need a little bit reworking on wiz
