[Bug Report] ArchBuddy sometimes casts survey to quick after landing

It would seem that sometimes archbuddy will try casting Survey before you have dis-mounted from your flying mount.
The bot then sits there saying (loading tiles...) but can be provoked into continuing either by a manual Survey or waiting a few minutes.

Not sure is this is a bug with the bot or wow to be honest so treat this as notification rather then confirmation

If you need logs Tony I have them of this exact issue in panda land, my latency is closer to 70/80 though.

Good point Uber, I just tried this in other continents and it seems the problem only happens in Pandaria...
