Bug PokeFarmer

Hello hello,
When I want to launch PokeFarmer, a window of error opens then with mentioned:

PokeFarmer.exe - Untraceable entry point
The entry point of procedure realloc is untraceable in the bookcase of dynamic links
C:\Users\X_X\Desktop\Poke\Qt5QmL.dll.
If somebody could help me! Thank you in advance
