bug or banned ?

i botted for a couple hours and now it says im lvl 32 which i was but when im at the xp and gold screen after a game im always lvl 1 on both my hero and on my account lvl , so i don´t get any level on both my hero and account xp

i would really appreciate some help ! :/

It is a bug you dont need to worry about it, Heroes of the Storm is still in beta. Sometimes inGame all skills will locked, although you already reached level 4, it is also a bug.

Its a general bug in HotS, usually happens when you DC.
