I am not sure if this has been posted, but the bot seems to use Ultra ball when you are out of normal Pokeballs.
For example, I am using CP-based rules, where minimum CPs are 0, 500, 1200 for normal, great, and ultra respectively.
As soon as the normal pokeballs ran out, the bot starts using ultra balls instead of great balls
