It means you're soft banned its not a bug, looks like you teleported or moved too fast and you got soft banned for a while.

I think his point is the bot uses ultraball on next attempts, not pokeball. I have the same issue, no ultraball is saved..

Nope, im not soft banned.. i mean he uses Ultra ball second time he catch a pokemon.
