This may be just a simple text fix?
I tried to powerup a Lapras with whom CTP says '3' and STP says '4000'. I have 3 candies and over 500k stardust. When I click "Powerup" I receive the message "Cannot powerup Pokemon Lapras. Not enough resources."
I logged into PGO directly, and can confirm that it does indeed take 4 candies to powerup at this level, not the 3 that PF has listed.
**UPDATE** Listing candies at 3 instead of 4 is happening with Snorlax too. Both of these pokemon are in the lvl 26-28 range.
