BUG: Despair Blasphemy Aura not working

The new Despair curse being used on blasphemy doesn't seem to work.
Just simply tries to turn it on then immediately turns it off.

We've tested this and could not replicate it.

Please post a full log so we can check logged info, and we'll try to track down the issue.

* Actor.HasCurseFrom updated for 'Despair'.
* Actor.IsCursingWith updated for 'Despair'.
* Actor.IsCursedWithDespair and Actor.IsCursingWithDespair added.

Here ya go, i got the log for you.
It basically goes along like normal, but very slowly because it keeps turning off and on despair

Release has the updated API for Despair and the next Beta that will be deployed in a few hours will too, so that should hopefully fix your issue for the custom CR you're using.
