[BUG CAPTURED] FPS lag

I noticed there are other threads mentioning the same FPS issues on their systems. I go from ~200 FPS to 6 FPS while DB is running. It runs the same FPS across all 3 accounts. I have uninstalled DB and reinstalled it fresh.

FX 8350
GTX 970 Ti
8gb DDR3
750w PSU

My system should not be pulled down this hard.

This is bug report DB-162("Demonbuddy v.462 causing FPS issues"), and there are no known work-arounds at the moment.
