When the NPC is dead it won't try and find another repair vendor, I will make a plugin as a temp fix until then.

Most likely a known bug since that was the only NPC to be slain, so clearly someone is annoyied at all the bots and only a botter would know which NPC to kill.

first, update honorbuddy your a version behind.
it should repair at the one closest to you. so maybe move somewhere else when your idling in between BG's?
 
Yes I did that, but I also think I understand the code and that these NPC's need to be added to a blacklist or atleast only attempt to get to the NPC 3 times and then switch if unsuccessful.

I'm guessing that the code looks for sub-type "Repair" but doesn't take into consideration the blacklisting bug (constant spamming as shown in the log), so it constantly loops.
