[BUG]2 pokemons keep reapering and keep fleeing

i keep getting this bug
for example pokemon A apears tried to catch it with an ultra ball it flee and now pokemon B appear tried to catch flee using a ultra ball, now pokemon A reapear at the same location it was and flee again and then pokemon B reapear.. and so on!
