for the people that have used Honotbuddy in the past and loved every second of it this is appalling you cannot even use it as a CC nothing works

There's an 18 page sticky thread up that discusses the current state of the bot. You could've read that prior to your purchase - you'd know the bot's not in a good spot right now but it's being worked on.

Having said that, contact support and they'll give you a refund.
