Setting the priority to high helps, but what usually fixes it for me is setting the Affinity for each process to utilize different CPU's.

1.) Go into task manager like you would to set the Priority of the process, but this time select the option below it in "Affinity".
2.) There are 3 processes you need to change, BuddyWing.exe, Swtor.exe (small memory utilization), and Swtor.exe (Large memory utilization). If possible, have the large SWTOR.exe running on processors by itself, while sharing the small SWTOR and BuddyWing.

For example, if you have 4 cores to choose from:

CPU1 - SWTOR (Large)
CPU2 - SWTOR (Large)
CPU3 - Buddywing and SWTOR (small)
CPU4 - Buddywing and SWTOR (small)

Try that and see if it helps.

i read the forum, i just make it and is the same, when i target something or myself my game swap but the ms on game are the same.

Still not working for me despite trying what i read in the forums and here.
Thankfully i only got the 3 day trial so im not too worried about it.
But from the looks of it quite a few people are having this problem and no
mods or devs have come out to address it which im going to take as a bad sign
and will attempt other programs
Thanks anyway.

Evryone have this problem just no1 write it :)

Only seem to get lag with certain classes with the combat rotation.

Get massive fps drops on sentinel, though little to none on scoundrel.

No matter what resolution I play at, the fps drop is the same, goes down to 20 fps everytime.

When I originally replied to the thread, I hadn't really seen what the OP was talking about. Since then, though, I've been watching, and realized what he means.

It is a bit more laggy, especially on starter planets (it's really bad). The higher level character I use, the better it seems to be.

After anywhere from an hour to 3 hours, the client locks up, and a hard restart is required. This happens no matter what level character, or class, I use.

swtor.exe freeze.. and maybe it will help, i hope :)

It's related to the CR (combat routine) most likely it fails getting certain data using API (health, position) you can identify them and try to fix them yourself for now.

Hi toNyx,

If you have any ideas, I'm open, because I spent the last few days trying everything I could think of that we have access though via the API, and it still blows up.

I re-wrote both the Combat Targeting and Loot targeting, I stripped down the Combat Routine to just one basic attack, and even screwed around with the object manager thinking it was not clearing correctly, and it still happens. I think there's an issue with something under the hood of BW.

I don't have access to my logs as I'm at work, but there were two errors that got thrown usually when things started to take a turn for the worst.

One was a DB offset error, the other was a grey magic injection error.
