Buddystore trial dosnt show up

Hello Support.

I have activated the 2 days trial for Millz shadow priest on buddystore, i used the same account i used for my previous HB2, but it doesnt show up on my newly purchased hb3 .

Hello HB fora.

The error was a error 40 ( it happend 40 cm away from the screen ). When i bought my new Hb3, i attached it to another Email i had, so ofc it wouldnt show it when i activated the trial on my "old email" that i used for Hb2.

I hope this can help anyone who going to experience the same thing.
