BuddyStore - @ProfitMaster: [Legion] Herbalism All 5 Zones! - not working - refund

Hi,

I would like to get refund for: @ProfitMaster: [Legion] Herbalism All 5 Zones! [Realms Switch!] that I bought some time ago. I reported few times problem with this addon on the forum, attached all logs that I could get but I developer apparently cannot fix it and I cannot use it...

It's more then 7 days so I don't have that option in buddystore - but obviously if something isn't working correctly and I cannot get any fix for this from developer I expect refund for this product...

If you want to get a refund, all you have to do is click the "Refund" button in the store. It isn't really more difficult than that. If it's passed more then 7 days then why haven't you done it earlier?
