BuddyStore paid combat routine is not loading.

I paid for a KingWow Shaman routine, it is enabled but is not offering me to select this routine when HB loads:

make sure your key is under the same email with your Bstore acc

Since I had to buy a new key (lifetime keys got disabled) i registered a new key under a different email.
It doesn't match my BuddyStore account email. There's years worth of bough addons.

Can they be merged? I sent you a PM.
