Buddystore issue: paid for routine not showing

I purchased a combat profile from the buddy store but got no popup confirmation or email, after reloading honorbuddy still nothing and the money has left my card. Any ideas how to fix this?

I have no log file that even mentions purchases from the store. If you still want me to link them i will, but beyond the initial streaming (which the profile is excluded from) There is nothing.
