Buddystore CRs

When myself as well as others purchased CRs on the buddystore, we purchased CRs because they were advertised with arena usage. Since you removed the usage of arenas, how are we not being reimbursed for false advertisement? Bossland had these developers state that they'll maintain their product for X amount of time if they made the switch to the buddystore. Thus Bossland should be held somewhat responsible for refunds of CRs no?

If the developer decided that they didn't want to maintain the CR any longer, what would be the penalty for their breach of contract?

Let's be honest... The gratification in arena is from playing and winning PVP. Unfortunately your not the one competing or winning so.. where does the gratification come from?

Don't worry, I'm not anti pvp. Tbh I wish bots weren't around period. Would be dramatically less economy mess and a slew less bad players. That being said, since they do exist... One place they don't belong is ranked pvp where other legit players have a dramatic handicap due to such.

If you need conquest hit ashran, if you need honor, hit bgs, if you want that arena ranking for whatever reason in a genre defined by fantasy, role play, immersion, and pve (until blizzard got ahold of it) - l2p or try one of the several other solutions available!

Might I even be so bold as to recommend learning to program and putting out an arena centric bot. Would no doubt be popular.

I don't swing from bossland. Usually veeeery much the opposite. I disagree with the removal of the feature as it solves 0 but that's another topic all together. Tbh I don't even pvp much. The modus operandi behind my reply is the simple fact that what's done is done. We are all sick of seeing these threads.

Bossland makes choices no matter how unpopular and sticks by them. If they're blind enough to refute x64 or stubborn enough to continue to keep their forums public for whatever crazy reason, what makes you think they're going to rescind a choice they've made weeks ago now.

It's old news, time to hang up your pvp hat and move on to call of duty or dota or something more pvp centric imo.

It's not about getting the Ability to use it in arenas. People were mislead and now have products that are useless to them.

I can play my class at a glad level (as I did this season) without it. But some people spent hundreds on CRs that were advertised with usage that bossland disabled.

No, you are not eligible for a refund. The buddystore's return policies are clearly spelled out. You had one week from the time of purchase for a refund. After that, the product is yours.

Additionally, you can still access and use the CR you purchased in other PVP. You didn't lose access to the CR, it didn't go anywhere. You'll just have to use the CR for a different purpose than what you were using it for before.

Bossland does setup policies that developers must support their routines for a certain amount of time. You can find the details of the agreement somewhere, but there is repercussions for dev's that stop developing or supporting their products.

You made no purchase with a 'money back guarantee' based on Arena usage, therefore you're entitle to no compensation that Arena usage has been removed from HonorBuddy.

I could understand someone being 'upset' or disappointed that Arena has been removed when they solely purchased HonorBuddy for Arena... yes, I could then see a point of contention or an unsatisfied customer.

However, seeking recompense from CR authors!? Get the **** out of here!
