I tried to get my buddy auth so I can login, my wow account got hit in the ban wave 6 months ago, but it says its locked out due to too many attempts on the password. What do I need to do to get it unlocked so I can get my auth.

Question -
I understand that the lifetime subscriptions are gone so I bought a 3 month pass. Got the auth in the email and all of my store bought profiles are in there from my old account account so that means my email is synced up with the auth but it wont let me login to the buddy store or buddyauth. So what do I do because I would like to BUY some more stuff.
