Buddystore and footprint on local system

Honorbuddy should typically leave a footprint on the local system that's as small as possible, preferably none at all.
The Buddystore, creating a folder in the hidden folder "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local", clearly identifying the activity of Honorbuddy, doesn't fit in that picture ..

And since we have no idea what the wow client and the installed helper programs like SystemSurvey/WowBrowserProxy/BlizzardError/ErrorReporter are doing, isn't leaving traces like these a risk?
Especially since AppData\Local folder is freely accessible by the Battle.net client ..

Anyone having an opinion about this?

Any folder under C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local, but these, created by Blizzard are forbidden to be accessed by Blizzard itself, so this clear the concerns above, I suppose.

Wouldn't be surprised if blizzard broke that policy...would you ?

Tbh I would. That is very hard crime in almost every modern country and Blizz would be basically tear apart in court if there was any evidence that they did it.

Actually, I would! Simply because I doubt they can do it without single trace. And any trace for such intention, or even an actual check, transmitted to the Blizzard servers is classified as serious act of privacy violation, so they will get in troubles.
