Buddyauth wont let me log in

Hey buddy auth wont let me log in to kill the session that i was currently using saying Could not find a user by that email address. Please correct the email address entered below. If you have not registered, please do so via the register link above. i only bought honorbuddy a few days ago and i need to know why i cant log into there im using the email i used to purchase honorbuddy too

if you HAVE NOT registered on the buddyauth system yet, you need to register. a Buddyauth account IS NOT created automatically for you. you need to register with the same e-mail you used during checkout, and once you get in then you should be able to view your keys and kill your active sessions.

I have registered with buddy auth and it is saying

Please correct the errors and try again.

User has not validated their account.

I dont know how to validate it like i went to my email and theres an email saying click here to validate your account then i click that and it takes me to thebuddyforum.com and says Your account has already been activated so please try logging in. so i dont know if my partner has tryed a previous time to register under the same email or what shes done >.> is there anyway to remove the buddyauth registration from this email address so i can re start the whole thing with 1 user name for her thanks

when you register on the buddyforum, you have an activation e-mail and when you register on the buddyauth, there is also an activation e-mail. check your spam folder and make sure your buddyauth activation e-mail isnt in there.

if not your send an e-mail to [email protected] and let them know whats going on, and they will be able to help you out.
