BuddyAuth login not working

I haven't used Honorbuddy in forever started playing WoW again, and i can login to the site and everything perfectly fine but my buddy auth account to get my key is not working, i even reset my password to the buddy auth and even that password doesnt work. If any support moderator could help me that would be great. - Thanks

I cannot do this, it says this account is locked due to too many tries.
Am i doing something wrong here?

I already have my account registered on buddy auth it just wont let me in, i have the new password for it and everything that they emailed me.

I have used the passwords given to me by email to reset them, i even tried registering a new account only to have it say " This email is being used on another account"
