buddy wing stops working

Hey...i've been using BW for a few weeks now and it stops working quite a lot...usually when i enter a flashpoint or group quest...line at bottom says waiting for taxi most of the time other times nothing is there.
Is it something that is wrong at my end that i can change or is it something wrong with Bot. I have to close down Bot and reload it with CC and routine takes a few mins and sometimes gets me kicked from groups. I'd appreciate any help given

Nav server is down, will be up soon I hope

both servers are up and running

Although the servers are up that doesn't necessarily mean the startup process is complete does it?
