Buddy Wing Crashes?

Everytime i run Buddy Wing for a long period of time, say overnight, when i return Buddy Wing crashes and says: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

After how long does this error occur, give or take? We can most likely fix this, but I'll need some more details on the scenario and how I can reproduce it.
 
yes buddywing not work when push start not move and have error says " unable to connect to the remove server.

The time varies, like the other day I left it on for about an hour and the error occurred, but the other night I left it on for about 6 hours and it crashed, I know it was 6 hours because of the time it took for me to level up and complete each bar of xp.
 
I am also disappointed as this reduces the time I have to use buddy wing and get the full potential out of the bot. This error also means that I have to baby sit Buddy Wing and I must kill the session everytime and restart it every time.
 
We've been experiencing some trouble with our service provider, these errors all seem to stem from that. Everything should be back to normal again, but if the errors do occur the coming week, please let me know and we'll investigate further.

Would you be able to compensate for the time I've lost due to this problem? I think it's only fair as this problem prevented me from utilising buddy wing to its full potential.

This hasn't been fixed for me, buddy wing is still crashing, i tried again last night and it crashed. I've attached my log to this message. The errors occur near the bottom of the log.

Its probably a combat routine issue. What routine are you using?
I have no problems with the DefaultRoutine infact the bot works nice last 2 days.

I've been using Joe's combat but because it hasn't been updated, i've been using swtor's updated version of Joes.

I can't test whether Buddy Wing has been fixed, because my key has expired :( I won't be buying Buddy Wing until i get a confirmation that this problem has been fixed.

Well you're not using the stock routine but Joe's. This product won't run for a longer period of time like HB.

Not even DefaultRoutine gives you any guarantees it will run for a longer period of time. But the uptime is much better than it was years ago.
