Buddy wing 1.0.1192.643 stop running

I have download buddyWing 1.0.1192.643,but it could't work. I install Framework 4.0 and vc++2012 again and again,but it still tell me "buddyWing Stop Working".
I post my logs and screenshot here.
Please forgive my bad English,because it is not my native language.
