it seem that i not able to update when i click yes it will just simply hang there till no responding, however if i just exit the window it will function normally. Is this okay to skip the update?

Just head there and manually update DB

Technically, you don't have to update unless D3 is updated and DB will not run "Cannot find Diablo 3 window? Was there an update" or something like that.

But as ickr said, you can also manually do them.
